Buyers and Sellers don't have to wait until the end of an auction to make a deal, sellers can choose to accept any offer or none at all, and Co Op Chemicals clients will always remain anonymous.

Chemicals bought and sold through Co Op Chemicals include chemicals utilized in a wide range of specialties including Paints & Coatings, Rubber Compounding, Adhesives & Sealants, Cleaning Products, Food Products, Plastics, Water Treatment, Wire & Cable, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics, and Research. Please keep in mind that all postings should have a value of at least $300, and they must be surplus, overstock, obsolete, off-specification, or slow-moving materials. If you have any concerns about an item you would like to post, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To be eligible for a Co Op Chemicals account, you must have authority within your company to purchase and/or sell industrial chemicals. If you meet these requirements, simply fill out the Application.

Co Op Chemicals does not charge any membership fees, annual fees, or fees to post items for sale.

We respect your wish for confidentiality. Buyers and sellers remain anonymous throughout the entire transaction process, not just until the terms of the sale have been agreed on. We do provide anonymous client profiles with certification, revenue range, and association information to aid your buying and selling decisions.

Both parties in this transaction will remain anonymous to avoid commercial conflicts. We will not knowingly disclose your contact information to the Seller or any other client, and we will not disclose the Seller's contact information to you. Co Op chemcials will retain the transaction data for record keeping.

On each product you can select to submit an offer to the seller, this will then send your offer and location to the seller to review.

The minimum transactional value per post is $300.

Your offer will be for the total product available in the posting and shipping cost from the sellers location to your specified ship to location, so remember to factor those costs in. If your offer is accepted, this is to total price you will pay.

You will have a maximum of three offers per posting. You will have to opportunity to easily place a higher bid however once the offer placement limit has been reached then you will no longer be able to bid on a posted product.

You will have 72 hours to respond and complete the transaction otherwise the product will be released back to the posting board.

The Seller is able to pick the best shipping method that will ensure the delivery of the products in a timely manner.

Yes if the Seller accepts the offer for an address overseas they will arrange the delivery for the ship to address.

Co Op Chemicals accepts payment via most major credit cards and paypal.

Once your offer is accepted payment can be made on line via our secure system or through paypal.

Once you have confirmed payment you will only be able to cancel your order if it does not meet the selling description.

Making an offer is only available to memebers with completed accounts.

Some sellers may offer tracking for purchases that can be followed on our tracking page.

Buyers have up to 30 days to certify the product meets the Sellers description.
